Veneers A veneer is a thin porcelain shell that is placed over the front or visible parts of the tooth. Veneers are used to restore teeth from chips, gaps and stains. We will take an impression of the tooth to be restored, and construct the veneer. The veneer will then be bonded to the front of the tooth, and then shaped and polished. There are two types of veneers: ceramic veneers that are produced by a dental laboratory and resin-based composite veneers. With proper care, your new veneers will greatly improve your appearance and increase your confidence for years to come.
