When the tooth enamel wears down, it becomes more transparent. This allows the yellow color of dentin – the tooth's core material – to show through.

During routine chewing, dentin remains intact while millions of micro-cracks occur in the enamel. It is these cracks, as well as the spaces between the crystalline enamel rods, that gradually fill up with stains and debris. As a result, the teeth eventually develop a dull appearance.

There are two types of whitening systems that help with teeth whitening.

One-hour teeth whitening

One option is one-hour teeth whitening done in the dental office under the supervision of dentist. It provides better gum protection and instant results. You will see significant improvement in color of your teeth in a very short time.

Take-home Bleaching System Whitening

The second option is take-home bleaching kit with customized bleaching trays. This treatment takes one to two weeks. We give you custom made bleaching trays that look like a mouth guard. The bleaching tray uses specialized gel that whitens your teeth.
